Terms and Conditions

1. Intellectual Property We retain full ownership of all code, designs, and other intellectual property produced during the course of our web development services. Upon full and final payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the delivered assets for their intended purpose.

2. Project Scope Our web development services encompass the agreed-upon features, functionalities, and deliverables outlined in the project proposal or scope of work document. Any additional work requested beyond the agreed scope will be subject to additional fees and timelines.

3. Payment Terms Payment terms are outlined in the project proposal and may vary based on the scope and duration of the project. A deposit may be required to initiate work, with subsequent payments due upon milestone completions or at predefined intervals. Late payments may incur a penalty fee or suspension of services until payment is received.

4. Warranties We warrant that all work delivered will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of [insert duration]. Should any issues arise within this warranty period, we will promptly rectify them at no additional cost to the client.

5. Liability Limitations In no event shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the services rendered.

6. Termination Either party may terminate the project or contract upon written notice if the other party materially breaches any terms or obligations outlined herein. Upon termination, the client shall compensate me for all work completed up to the date of termination, as well as any expenses or costs incurred as a result of the termination.

By engaging me for web development services, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
